MNRECC Hiring Process

A 911 dispatcher is expected to take emergency calls from the public and dispatch and communicate essential information to the appropriate personnel. In this role, your duties include questioning the caller appropriately while providing vital pre-arrival instructions. The first step for interested candidates will be to submit their resume to jobs@mnrecc.org. Once the resume is received and the candidate meets preferred qualifications, an invitation will be sent to take the Criticall exam. This exam test candidates on job-related skill such as data-entry, multi-tasking, position locating and more.  A passing score on the CritiCall 911 exam is required for this position.
